In this series, we said money or material gifts rank low in what we can give to God. We tend to focus more on what we are giving that we miss what we are receiving in return. The receiving is the value that is added to you. We have to understand that giving is a practical exchange and an act of worship. Bamiloye was apparently responding to the recent attack on Nigerian pastor by ace AOP, Daddy Freeze, who accused men of God of robbing the poor to get rich in the name of tithing. A fight broke out in a church in South Africa when the pastor told a woman that her best friend who was standing beside her was the cause of her problems.
