I WILL HOLD YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR MY WIFE'S DEATH


A man brought her pregnant wife to the hospital, his wife was in labour and serious pain and she couldn’t deliver by herself. The nurse on duty tried their best but all to no avail. This man became restless and troubled. The matron requested that the doctor should be called to intervene, else, we may lose her in 30mins. The man became angry and started crying.
20mins later, the doctor rushed in and the man said angrily; Doctor, if my wife should die, I will hold you responsible, look at the time you are coming, doctor replied with a smile; calm down sir, we will try our best and everything will be fine.
After an hour, the doctor came out, rushing to go back to where he was, he met the man, congratulate him and broke the good news that his wife has delivered a bouncing baby boy, the man jumped up rejoicing and thanked the doctor. Doctor couldn’t wait any longer because of where he should be.
The man faced the nurse and asked why the doctor was a little bit unhappy and rushing to go out? The nurse shook her head in pity and replied; Doctor was called from her wife’s funeral to attend to you, his wife died during labour and he lost the baby too.
What a sad story! The doctor represent Jesus, he came to our rescue at the detriment of his life. The man whose wife was in labour represents you.
Jesus has come to your rescue, if you die and go to hell, will you hold Him responsible?
Think about it.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
